We offer Pilates, Reformer, Mat and mindful movement classes designed to help you build strength, confidence and connection, not just with your body, but with the people around you.

At Prana, we believe movement should bring joy, energy and a sense of belonging. We’re creating more than a studio,  we’re building a community where you’re welcomed, supported and encouraged to show up exactly as you are.
